It's my understanding that your EGT should be in the 1200 deg. range
(rich) jto start with. After you make a run and get sorted out, start
leaning to the 1300 deg. range. 1400 is getting on the lean side. 1500 kiss
it good by. Nice thing about the Autometer Dual Pyrometers is the face is
large enough to read. My aircraft unit is really to small to see bouncing
along at over 200 MPH. ...Who was it that mentioned being comfortable in
your race car and blured vision at speed?
