In his original submission Ray posted an image of the screens he is looking f=
or and they are the DMHC Co aero screens with A H cast in the aluminium fram=
e. These are not generic Brooklands or Auster type screens which are availab=
le from various sources but have very specific feet to them, totally unlike o=
ther aero screens, and a rubber sweeper which seals to the cowl. For this r=
eason they are expensive (=C2=A3375 each) because they are the correct works=
type. As I mentioned in my previous post, I have a pair in SoCal not yet m=
ounted. Only about a dozen pairs of the originals were made and when I miss=
ed out on an original pair, I purchased the repros from Steve Norton at Cape=
International. This is the ONLY current source I believe, although some (a=
bout 20?) were made in the 1990s. The =C2=A3 is currently weak against the U=
S $ ($1.20 to the =C2=A3 today) so now is a good time to buy if you are in t=
he US.

I also mentioned in my earlier post that I was not happy with the glass shap=
e once they arrived and I found a shape close to the originals from the UK.
