You might have a problem purchasing=C2=A0a number plate in the UK. You will=
have to have proof of ownership to get one. This law was bought in because=
thieves were changing plates on stolen cars.
However, you might be able to purchase a kit to assemble=C2=A0your own but =
the government=C2=A0might have already thought of this.
