As many different solutions as there are list members.=C2=A0 Other than fi=
nding the supplier that provides the soft rubber bushings, I like the idea =
of the diagonal slice.=C2=A0 I just don't want to spend all afternoon on a =
job that should take only 15 or 20 minutes to accomplish.=C2=A0 Believe me,=
my head is swimming from figuring out the wiring.=C2=A0 I think I have it =
kind of figured out, but I don't know for sure if the smoke will escape the=
wires the first time I turn the key.=C2=A0 As luck would have it, my kids =
ell me when I was at the parts store one afternoon while working on the MGB=
GT a guy in a F350 Ford truck stopped at the driveway and wanted to talk a=
bout the three British cars I have.=C2=A0 Turns out he lives in my housing =
tract and from what he says he worked for LUCAS back in the day.=C2=A0 I ha=
ve yet to meet him, but I could sure use his help.=C2=A0 Most of my local c=
lub members are a two hour drive away. (San Diego AH club)=C2=A0 Good thing=
