V8 Supercars in Australia have the rotor and caliper/linings assembly
complete for quick change. They are full of fluid, bled, have quick change
connection on the brake line and can be swapped out in 29 seconds per wheel.

PS Yes, I did have a friend who worked on a couple of the GT40s in later
years and was part of the 567 record-breaker resurrection team at one
point, but he appears to have disappeared off the face of the earth!
