I have not looked at the video yet, but that I recall seeing a picture =
of them shooting a replica BRM F1 car from a cannon for the crash scene =
at Monaco for the filming of Grand Prix, back in the 60s.

Hagerty sent this link out today. Short article and two videos. The =
first video is mainly shots of folks getting ready for movie takes. =
Little audio, but interesting to see the different camera angles. The =
second video is more car oriented. Showing the set ups they used to get =
the shots of the racers, "racing", stuff like that. But in that video =
there is a shot I have never seen before and it's worth the watch, a =
Ferrari being shot out of a cannon! It's way cool and makes me want to =
see the movie even more. Enjoy!
