Hit the OD with a hammer once and the problem went away.=20
Ran up the pressure again and the problem was back. This time it took a =
number of pretty good whacks to get it unstuck.
Pressurized it a third time and now it won't unstick after a lot of good =
whacks. I'm reluctant to hit it any harder.
Unless there are any other ideas, I guess the damn thing comes out and =
apart again.

it was unlikely to present a problem after the box has be run with new =
oil.
This may not be the cause in your case but certainly it is something =
