Can someone tell me if 100 brake drums were balanced at the factory?? Both
drums I obtained from a list member (Thanks, you know who you are) and both
have a section ground off like it has been balanced.? See picture.? I have also
seen this ground off section in a picture in "Austin Healey in Detail" by Bill
