Baby powder. Dust the rubber with it and they will slide just a little as the door closes and eventually they'll settle into their new position. I have just done the same on a BN4 and they were pushing the doors out visibly in the gaps to start with. Bit of baby powder and a few weeks wait and they are back to gentle but firm closing. Andy.
