I recently saw a car being restored at the Mercedes-Benz Classic Center in
Irvine, CA, in a color that definitely would be within the range of variation
of typical Healey Blue cars these days. If you can't find a piece of metal that
was hidden away from which you can have the paint supplier do a color match,
you might ask about Mercedes-Benz Ice Blue Metallic; and if they can find that
formula, have them spray out a 12-inch square piece -- do that in any case
before you pay for the full cost of a car's worth of paint to make sure you're
going to like the result.
