Hank Leach's article in the April 2015 A-H Magazine makes reference to Service 
Journals, Volume 24 & 25. I found Vol. 25 at John Simm's website but cannot 
find Vol. 24 anywhere, including the AHCA & the AHCUSA websites. Does anyone 
know of a source for Vol. 24?
