The only way to properly ream the kingpin bushings is with a dual cut =
reamer that cuts both the upper and lower bushing at the same time. =20

There is no way to really prove how good a job is done after the =
bushings are reamed. If you install the new kingpin the top of the =
spindle it will feel really bad because of the length of the kingpin and =
it will have a lot of movement.

After the king pins are reamed, how can one inspect that a good job has =
been done. I think I can reverse the king pin, insert it into the upper =
bushing and try to rock it, but what about the lower bushing?
If I was at my old job, I would have to use a granite surface plate and =
a dial indicator and probably still have to make a fake pin.
