Regarding our bushings vs. conventional rubber:=C2=A0 Our bushings do have =
a durometer =E2=80=93 or hardness =E2=80=93 about 50% greater than the rubb=
er bushings originally fitted to the car.=C2=A0 The hardness however does n=
ot tell the entire story.=C2=A0 Our polyurethane formulation also offers a =
high degree of resiliency which allows it to operate quietly and convey les=
s noise, vibration and harshness into the car from the road surface, tires,=
 and suspension.=C2=A0=20

High quality polyurethane is traditionally a more durable material than rub=
ber over time, with rubber being a more natural insulator against vibration=
 transfer.=C2=A0 A major focus of our R&D in both design and formulation ha=
s been to combine the durability and performance of polyurethane with the c=
omfort and isolation of rubber.=C2=A0 We have been quite successful in doin=
g so; to the extent you will find our polyurethane in a handful of OEM appl=
ications and that we extend a lifetime warranty on all of our polyurethane =
bushings.=20

In terms or any danger of component damage from the higher durometer bushin=
gs I see no reason for concern nor have I seen anything of the sort.=C2=A0 =
On a number of our products for newer vehicles that carry TUV or other glob=
al certifications we take into account the crash-worthiness of the componen=
ts and sub-assemblies our parts are fitted to. =C2=A0As we look to increase=
 performance and durability we cannot interfere with the safety or OEM leve=
l of functionality designed and built into the vehicle =E2=80=93 while this=
 type of testing wouldn=E2=80=99t translate directly from 1966 =E2=80=93 th=
e same materials and ideology are utilized.=C2=A0=20
