That includes my Healey as = well as my other flat tappet cam motors. In my race motors I run Redline 4= 0W racing oil that is 100% synthetic for those that are not familiar with R= edline. In one post on this list someone said that ZDDP in the oil was only needed = during engine break-in.....WRONG! Any engine with a flat tappet cam needs= lots of ZDDP.
