I had problems as well with the Moss arrangement. I finally replaced their e=
lectronic flasher that has the extra ground wire with a standard electronic f=
lasher I bought at NAPA with NO ground wire.
I thought it was interesting that Moss never responded to my email describin=
g the problem and solution.
May not solve your issue, but worth trying.
