put a rebuild kit in my girling servo and cannot get it to work correctly. 
have had it out four times now and cannot find anything wrong.  bellows 
moves smoothly, good vacuum, nothing hung up inside, valves appear to 
operate correctly, etc.  have rebuilt more than a few of these things and 
never had this kind of problem.  usually it is the foam rubber too thick 
that was hanging up the bellows, but not the case here.  anyone ever had any 
case like this.  ideas?
