i have also found an easier way to mate up o/d and trans without having to hold it. i take a piece of welding wire, which is very strong, route it from the bottom of the oil pump and over the roller. i then push the wire back down the same hole and use a bolt to twist the wire while holding down the roller with my finger. after mateup, i then snip the wire at the bottom and gently pull it back through the hole. works for me. _______________________________________________ Archive: http://www.team.net/archive Healeys@autox.team.net http://autox.team.net/mailman/listinfo/healeys |
