[Healeys] fans

my brother had an original fan throw a blade and come through the shroud on his 
bj8. he replaced it with a six blade fan from moss and a year later it threw a 
blade and came through the shroud in almost the exact same place as the earlier 
one.  moss later recalled these fans.  he put a hayden flex fan on and had no 
more problems.
