[Healeys] wheel balance

i just got bit on this.  took a friends car to have wheels balanced at a place 
another healey owner had used with good results.  tech showed me where one 
wheel was wobbling while on the balancer.  i shipped wheel to john blake, who 
called and said wheel was perfect.  an expensive mistake on my part, i guess, 
although other wheels were fine and balanced ok.
