I'm an engineer and I can do a drawing of the setup, once I go through the
process. The only machining needed is on the spinner and this needs to be
coordinated with the balancing machine. I'll use Hunter balancers, since
they're the most popular manufacturer.

Does anyone sell wire wheel balancing set-ups - hub + spinner with machined
center hole?
If not I need to locate a used left rear hub (with good splines) and a used
left side spinner to have machined locally.
