Rover North America doesn't support the older series Land Rovers any more.
However, there are several other suppliers for Land Rover parts. You can
google Atlantic British, British Pacific and Rover North for a start. The vent
you are talking about was used on the Land Rover safari roof used on series 2
and 3 vehicles up through 1973. Probably longer in the rest of the world where
they were still available.
