The original insulating paper material is available. I had Roger Moment
rebuild two of my units, not worth my time and effort to do this since
Roger has the correct tube rivets and the insulting paper.
Roger re-plates the case in zinc, paints the top piece black like original,
installs a new spring if needed and re-rivets as per original. Looks and
works like new.
