[Healeys] Asbestos

I respect Alan's opinion on the workings of Healeys...but I must 
differ on the handling of asbestos.
The pieces on the Healey can dry out and fray and become friable. The 
machine screws can be just as hard to remove as that steering wheel. 
So, having done a fair amount of research on asbestos removal in 
other applications, I would recommend dampening down the material 
while working on it, and use a mask with a HEPA filter rating..NOT a 
disposable dust mask.
