He should get the kind that you drive in and zip up the bag. Those
are the best. If in a humid or rainy climate, I would only use the
car-bag and if not, I would NOT use a car cover and park on concrete.
Car needs to either be completely sealed, or it needs to breathe
freely. Most car covers do inbetween which is bad for corrosion.
