no, those are the choke cables but interestingly the Heritage certificate shows a build date of November 1962 which should probably be 1961. I checked Clausager's book re this which confirms my thoughts and also my own BT7 tricarb has a later car # and was built in December 1961. It seems that quite a few Heritage certificates have errors!
