Cant tell much from your videos. What you need to do to check the
valve train is get the engine warmed up to operating temperature.
Then remove the valve cover and inspect. If the oil squirts more than
about 1" above the rockers they are worn out. Be carefull because if
yours are badly worn the oil will squirt out all the way to the hood
when the engine is warm.
