When i said in historic racing, that's why I said ask Dennis. I meant
on the track. That's history.
How many E Type Jaguars held land speed records?? Placed in their
class in any major road racing event? Won an international rally?
Now let's look at their success in production car racing.... In the era.
You can't change history. But what hasn't changed is still the same....
So there are still more E Types in the workshop getting fixed??

PS My point was, and still is, I love the agricultural nature of a
Healey. A beautiful car that can be tuned to higher performance, or
maintained by an amateur.
PPS and I still think e types are seriously over rated! In terms of
race performance!!
