My first Healey was a BN7, red with red interior. Before I bought it
someone had dyed (or redyed) the seats, obviously at home. For as long
as I had the car, every time you rode in it, the dye got onto your
clothes. Don't even remember if the seats were leather or Ambla, but
must have been Ambla as the car had steel wheels and no overdrive.
