Metrinch spanners are a very clever design that will cover nearly all
AF, imperial and metric sizes with one set and cause much less damage to
nuts and bolt heads as they work on the bolt/head flanks and not on the
tops as conventional spanners do. The only problem is that you need a
bit more space as the angle necessary to move is slightly larger.
They are looking very smart as they have a good finish. There is a
downside though. The quality of the material is, while good, less than
the top brands and therefore the design is not as slim as it could be.
It is used by amateurs and professionals.
