Yes with those exposed door hinges and just a glimpse of the front I am
certain it's a Berkeley. Mostly they were fitted with British Anzani
2-stroke two cylinder engines, but they were very quick for their size.

On second thoughts I think it may be a Berkeley, a small British sports
car that started with a three wheeler with a 2-stroke motor cycle engine
and build 4-wheelers in a later stadium, what engine I do not know but
Google should come up with something.
