A lot of them (Sprites) are still on the race track & still competitive in
vintage & SCCA events.

eading that incredibly long discussion definitely proves that there are a
ot more Sprite enthusiasts out there who enjoy talking about the cars than
pparently there are enthusiasts who want to actually, heaven forbid, buy
uch a car. Or drive them, apparently. I've never seen more than three or four
ugeyes at an event, and here are at least 10 "experts" in everything from
pholstery to freeing cylinders with secret formulae, who claim to be
nterested in the model.
