On both of my 100s the bracket is fitted the opposite way to those in 
your photo. This means that the radiator leans back; about 3/8" at the 
top bracket. This means that I have no real problem changing a fan belt.

The only thing I will add is that in both cases the radiators have been 
repaired at some time in their life so I cannot guarantee that the 
radiators were fitted this way originally.
