I just used some silicone tape called 'Xtreme Tape' or something like that 
(Moss sells it). It stretches and bonds to itself. Think it would work well in 
this application.

PROBABLY not; the relays on Healeys are meant for 12V. Note emphasis on 
PROBABLY.
