[Healeys] Fwd: Overdrive Deceleration

If the tires chirp when the overdrive switch is disengaged the throttle kick
down switch is not correctly adjusted. The overdrive should only disengage
when the throttle is slightly depressed thus eliminating the harsh downshift.
