Aiyiyi... once again, the laws of Congress are about to collide with
the laws of physics. Our modern cars are getting poorer gas mileage
with 10% alcohol, which means they're putting our more CO2. Anybody
see a problem here? It's bad for the cars, bad for the environment.
The only winners are big agri-businesses which are pushing this.
