Bruce, Many of the newer cars that have their batteries in the trunk
along with electronic trunk locks also have a key hole stashed
somewhere. The Jaguars have a electric trunk latch but there also is
a key in the XK8 logo, the S type is hidden under the trunk handle.
They also have a main battery stud under the hood that a jumper can
be connected to to power up the electrical system.
So i would bet that there is a key hole somewhere hidden that gives
access to the trunk
