I found a NOS sleeved SMITHS thermostat prt. nr. 85025/74 (74:C or 
165:F) in its original box. I do not know the application. Is it one for 
one of the Healeys?
I have had it in one of my boxes of "old junk", parts of unknown 
application, for many years. By the looks of it it is from the 50's or 60's
