Engine is in the boot, you can see the boot shroud lip at the top of the
pic. The splash shield in front of the motor tells me this is a standard VW
Bug chassis.
Interesting, however, that the body work is one of the most faithful
reproductions I've seen, if you can get past the windshield and cockpit, the
body itself looks pretty halfway normal.
