The relative humidity inside and outside the brake fluid reservoir is
the same as it is in open connection with the outside world even through
the small breathing hole. So if you have large differences in
temperature during day and night in a humid climate you have some
condensation inside the reservoir, especially if the car is parked
outside. Granted it is very little but it will add up in time.
