[Healeys] wierd electrics

i did try starting the car with lthe lights on.  no juice to start button, so 
that part is okay.  will try to track it down tomorrow, but i guess it has been 
operating like that since the restoration, so maybe i ought to leave well 
enough alone.   hjim
