With a PCD of 4.5inches the distance between the stud centres is around 
3.17ins
With a PCD of 5 inches the distance between the stud centres is a tad over 
3.54ins

If you want a really accurate measurement let me know and I'll do the 
add-ups and take-aways instead of a quick scaled drawing.
