He's driving Bridget the Midget, a 1977 rubber bumper MG.

"I disappoint the MG fraternity because I told them that, when I went to buy
it, if it had been an Austin Healy in the garage instead, that's what I would
have had," he said. "I just wanted a pretty sports car. I always wanted one as
a teenager."
