when i disassemble the o/d on the bn6 during the restoration, i immedietly
notice the oil pump stuck down and locked. had to take the pump out,
straighten out the shaft and replace. this was due to an idiot putting the o/d
and trans together without rotating the end of the shaft to make sure the oil
pump was seated on the cam properly. you can feel it "thunk" into place and i
never tighten the nuts until the o/d adapter is flush with the trans.
otherwise REAL TROUBLE. hjim
