On the side wall there is a DOT number. At the end of that number
there are either 3 or 4 numbers in a oval circle. The is the date
code of your tires. If there are 3 numbers it was made in the 90s, if
there are 4 numbers they are made in the 2000s. the first two numbers
are the week the tire was made.
Example
365 The 36th week of 1995
3605 the 36th week of 2005
