Disc brakes weren't introduced on production cars until 1959 with the
3000. The 100S had all wheel dunlop disc brakes similar to jags of
the period, and a small handful of '57 100-6s got left over dunlop
sets.
No 100M ever had disc brakes from the factory. These are from a later
car put on this car.
