[Healeys] brake master cylinder

put a new brake master cylinder on my bn6.  cannot seem to get a hard pedal.
have ran a couple of pints or more of brake fluid through the system and
cannot see any air being expelled, but pedal goes to floor.   will pump up so
i suspect some air somewhere.  any ideas.  TIA   hjim
