But it's not spam, it IS fraud. Does Craigslist have its own mechanism for
dealing with FRAUD?

Well - I've done my part. I went thru seven (7) pages of Craigslist
postings and found this car posted coast to coast. I flagged about thirty
(30)instances of the ad as spam.

Subject: Re: [Healeys] "rare " Black 67 BJ8 on craigslist
Ladies and Gents:
Regarding the recent discussion on the rare (according to the BMH
certificate) black BJ8, and the air force/army sergeant owner who is
confined to quarters, or something-----
I did a rainy sat. morning search on craigslist and found the identical
listing about 75 different places, from Buffalo, NY to Guam, where it
was listed under boats!!!
I flagged each one I saw as Spam, and as I was the second flag on some,
it will be removed--however, as I was the first flagger (is that a
word?)on some, those will not be flagged for removal until someone else
flags as well.
So, if anyone else is getting rain or otherwise has a few minutes, you
might want to do the following search for all these listings and see if
any are still out there--
Go to google and paste this phrase in the search block--
site:craigslist.org austin healey 3000
Wonder who Really owns that car???
