The best 165R15 tire is the Kumho Power Star 758. The tire has a UTQG
rating of 400 AB and a speed rating of T (118MPH). These rating a better
than almost any other 165R18 tire. And the best part is Tire Rack has them
for $40 plus shipping. Get them from Tire Rack and then have your wire
wheel guy mount and balance them - don't have it done at a regular tire
dealer. The only down side of the Kumho is it isn't the graphics aren't
vintage looking.
