[Healeys] Brake Light Switch- not behind ignition

Thanks Johns and Steve for your info and pics.


Reading the wiring diagramfor a Phase 2 BJ8, there is a brown wire from the 
solenoid to the ignition switch by way of the regulator. Is that wire hot 
all the time? IOW, can I run from that wire on the ignition to the brake 
light switch so that the brake lights will come on whether the ignition 
switch is on or not? Looks like it should.
