I also found out from David Ward, it as a scaled down version of the Austin
Seven seat.. Geoff Healey's first car was an Austin Seven - maybe that's
why? :-)
I am still curious though how it looked.

Yes, I have seen a picture of this seat. It is a very strange thing which
is installed above the tunnel armrest between the two seats. Of course no
seatbelts, probably the the most dangerous child seat ever devised! I don't
know of anyone who has one, I am sure that less than 5 were probably sold
from the factory.
